Shipping & Returns

Shipping & returns for BnB Products.
Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped within 2 days from receipt of payment in full.
Some orders may take a day or two longer than stated because of a product being out of stock at the time of your order.
If an item is “out of stock” you will be notified and you can choose to cancel the order under these circumstances.

We send packages via Australia Post Bags.
Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once goods have been dispatched.
Any claim for shortages or damaged stock you must be notify BnB Products within 48 hours of receiving the goods; claims after this period will be rejected.

For the return of goods ordered incorrectly and have not been opened, BnB Products will provide a store credit if goods are returned within 7 days. The cost of returning goods will be at the purchasers’ expense.
BnB Products will replace items sent incorrectly.

BnB Products will not refund or replace a product which has been misused, mishandled or wrongly installed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to follow the manufacturer’s instructions advice and warnings.

BnB Products disclaims all warranties and is not liable for a product or service as the warranties are guided by the manufacturers warranty policies.
